Shipping and Delivery Policy

ForCuties has partnered with DHL and FedEx to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in more than 200 countries and territories.

  • Please be aware that we do NOT ship to post office boxes.

  • We ship all orders within 3 to 5 Business days
    except during sales and peak commercial periods (Christmas, Easter and etc.) where it may take longer.

  • You should provide your PHONE NUMBER when submitting your order.
    The Shipping Company will contact you to make your delivery easier, safer and faster!

Delivery and shipment

Delivery Time:

  • Europe - Delivery in 1-3 Business Days

  • Rest of the World - Delivery in 3-5 Business Days

The country of delivery is chosen at the time of payment. All prices, currencies and shipping costs will be adjusted according to the country in which you wish your items to be shipped. We will ship the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the sequence in which they were received. 
Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only, and start from the date of shipment.
ForCuties is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If a delivery cannot be shipped (stock limit or other), the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In this case, the customer will be able to cancel the purchase agreement without charge. ForCuties will refund to the customer the amount paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after termination.

Free shipping is available for all orders in Bulgaria. For all orders with delivery address on territory of Bulgaria your will see option for free delivery in your shopping cart.

Please note:

  • We can't ship your order without customer phone number.

  • We are not responsible for incorrectly submitted address and phone number.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to peak commercial periods, severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.

  • Any unclaimed or refused packages that are returned back to us will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable.

  • Any packages that are returned back to us due to customers entering their wrong shipping address will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any packages that are returned back to us due to customers entering their wrong phone number will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Import and Tax Policy

The CUSTOMER is responsible for and must pay all IMPORT DUTY and VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) at the time of delivery. WinterWomen.com does not control duties and taxes and has no prior knowledge of the amount of duties and taxes that may be assessed. Duties and taxes are solely controlled by the customs department in the country to which the merchandise is being shipped and are assessed at the time of delivery. The shipping company will collect all applicable duties and taxes on behalf of the customs department. If the customer chooses to refuse the package due to the duties and taxes imposed or if DHL determines a package is undeliverable with the shipping information the customer provides on their order, the customer will be held liable for all shipping costs, including the charges incurred for the return shipping back to WinterWomen.com and any duty and taxes that are imposed on the return shipment.
