Return, Exchange or Refund

We accept Return and Exchanges and will do our best to help you. Please follow the instructions.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with ForCuties however occasionally you may need to return an item.

  1. Contact us within 5 days after receiving your ordered item to inform us about problem with your order.
    If you do not contact us within 5 days after receiving your order the product is not subject to refund. 

  2. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. If the product is not returned within 14 days of receiving, it is not subject to refund.



  • The goods must be returned to us in original/fully resalable condition and any labels intact, not worn or washed and with the original packaging.

  • Tags MUST remain attached otherwise only a 50% refund will be given. You have a duty of care towards goods purchased which includes those being returned. It means that you must ensure that any products being backed are packaged in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.

In case you decide to return the item(s) after you use them, or you handled or packed them negligently, you are responsible for compensating the possible reduction of the value of the returned item up to the full price of such issue.



  1. Personalized Items and Made To Order Items are non-returnable.

  2. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

  3. Only regular priced items may be returned.

  4. There are changes to the original model.

  5. The item is being discussed for making changes (removing or add items) or the garment is made on your personal measurements, different to the size chart.
  6. In the interests of hygiene, you are unable to return underwear and socks. These items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights. 




All shipping and customs services and taxes are covered by the buyer.
Return postage is at your own cost and risk!

  1. You will have to pay for the return shipment.
  2. Do not insure the product further because it will cost you extra.

  3. You must pack it in the same Way as you had received your package to avoid additional shipping charges.

  4. Do not use unnecessarily large packaging because it will cost you extra.

  5. Packing not according our requirements could affect to shipping cost and it will be charged from your return amount.

  6. Do not trust the information from the couriers!!!

Declare "Returned Goods" and do not write a price because it will cost you extra charges.

We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items for the same product.

IMPORTANT: If the shipment is not properly shipped and stopped at customs to pay additional import charges, it will be returned to you at your expense.



We’re happy to exchange an item for:

  • A different color or size ONLY!

Please follow the process below, indicating that you would like an exchange for a new size/color in the Comment field on our online return form.
Please also indicate the color/size you would like to receive in exchange for the item you are returning in the Comment field.

  • If you want to exchange for a completely different item, you should place a new order.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange is processed, a full refund will be issued.



  • If a full refund is required, we need to be informed five (5) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returns the goods to us. If a return is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us.
  • If a full refund is required, we refund only Items cost, not shipping charges!

  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

  • If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment, then we will contact you to arrange it.

  • If any product purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price, any money owing will only be issued as a Gift Card. If your purchase was partially paid for on Gift Card and a refund is payable to you, your Gift Card will be refunded up to the card’s original value, any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase. If you no longer have the Gift Card used to purchase the returned good(s), we will issue you with a new Gift Card to the value payable to you up to the amount of the card’s original value.

How to return an item(s):

Registered users:
- Log into
- Click on "My Account"
- Click on "My Orders" (Left vertical menu)
- Find your order and click "Return"

Fill the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form:
1. Select the item(s) to return/exchange
2. Select Return Reason (Exchange, Wrong Size or Color ordered, etc.)
3. Select Item Condition (Unopened, Opened, etc.)
4. Select Resolution (Exchange, Return)
5. Write your comment for return or exchange (new size, color, your reason to return, etc.)
6. Attach an image if you made of the Item condition (max. 5MB file size and max. 10 images)
7. Agree with our Return Policy
Click "Submit Request"

- Scroll down to the end of the page at Customer Information section.
- Click "Orders and Returns" under Accounts
- Fill your Order ID
- Billing Last Name on the order
- Find order by the email on the order
